Build strength and stamina with Callie Hildreth at Ganesha Yoga and Adventures in Fitness. Small Group Personal Training uses a combination of yoga, floor exercises, free weights and other tools to tone and strengthen. Callie will tailor each session to the students on hand, making sure that each person gets a workout that is matched to their current fitness level. You get all the benefits of personal training without the price tag of a private session. A great foundation to improve your performance in any sport or activity! Class is limited to seven students so that you'll get ample personal attention.
Fitness Level: Any. Suitable for beginners or more advanced students
Intensity: Moderate, though you can adjust this according to how you feel each session

    I really enjoyed this class! Small group with body resistance, small weights and tubing. You do it barefoot which I really liked as I could feel that I was working out my feet as well. Everything we did felt like a simpler version of a toning exercise I'd done before in other classes, but I can tell you that it was a very effective workout based on how my muscles felt the next day. Genius!

    No jumping about or anything like that! Callie is very attentive and thoughtful in her instruction giving individual attention when necessary. Nice serene environment - everyone should try this class out!
