Saturday AM - Free Aqua Aerobics at Chase Park

This is a free weekly Aqua Aerobics class at Chase Park in their outdoor pool. A great way to exercise outside and cool off in the hot weather. I went to the first one to to be sure you don't have to preregister or  pay, and you don't. Just walk in and back to the pool. The classes run until August 11 th

They have water weights but sometimes they run out so if you have your own, bring them! You can get some online for check as all or buy those water noodle things, cut it in half and tie them in a knot.

The class is every Saturday and Sunday AM - I am just posting the ones I plan to go to.

70s aren't bad Deanna. The first weekend it opened it was only 74 and it felt great.

I actually bought a wet suit top - will try it out here to see if it will keep me warm. Have a month of classes left at Elmwood Park and its cold at night lately.

Hey kiddos - i'm not calling it yet but I think it's going to be in the 70s Saturday and Sunday again this week which is too cold for me to want to be in the water. I'll check in again as we get closer but I may be skipping this again this weekend.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
