What are your fitness/active life interests (i.e., walking, biking, group classes, yoga)?

I love walking, I'm trying to get over my fear of urban bike riding, I do ki-hara (resistence stretching) and other gym rat type stuff. I'm still trying to make up my mind about yoga.

What neighorborhood do you live in?


Which weekday evenings and weekend days are best for you to meet up?

I'm pretty flexible.

Do you currently belong to a gym or fitness center?

I use the gym at my office and work with a personal trainer in Lincoln Square.

Hi! I'm Julie. My fitness level is a work in progress and I'm doing my best to integrate movement as a lifestyle. I'm so excited to find this group and I hope having social support will help my efforts as well as letting me be of service to others!
