I love walking, I'm trying to get over my fear of urban bike riding, I do ki-hara (resistence stretching) and other gym rat type stuff. I'm still trying to make up my mind about yoga.
I'm pretty flexible.
I use the gym at my office and work with a personal trainer in Lincoln Square.
