While not Danish, I do rather like the country and am trying to learn the language.

The purpose of this group is then to gather others who like Denmark, the Danish language, the Danish culture, and Danes who are in Chicago who want to meet other Danes in the area.

So, if you are a Dane in the area, or just like Denmark, then join up, and we can all get together!

Second meeting! This is a soft schedule since this format forces me to choose the when for this meet up, but I would very much like everyone's opinions about what date and what time and what location would be good for everyone.

      “I love Scandinavian history and culture in general, and Denmark in particular. I can read Danish decently and can speak a little bit; this will be a great way to stay in practice and improve my language skills.”
