Practical application of community or micro gardens to feed Chicago's high end restaurants, low end restaurants, and run 'o the mill grocery shoppers.
I've never been involved in food before, but I do like to mange it. I'm re-acclimating myself with my new community (Chicago) and I'm feeling you guys out. I love to hear about awesome ideas and projects and people that blow my mind just... you know, sort of in general. I work for the company that produces pharmaceutical grade cannabis for the Dutch Health Ministry. My colleagues in the Netherlands are doing some interesting things in local agr, especially at the U of Wageningen, so my interest is already piqued. Just coming to say hi and learn a little.
