Introduction
Been in Chicago just over a year; Midwesterner. Always looking for good people and fun events.
Have you ever volunteered before? In what way? (Tutoring, Kids, Humanitarian, Cleanup, Nature, Animals) Still doing so?
Yes, lots of different types of things. Most recently I've started training and will be co-leading a Girl Scout troop starting this summer.
What do a peron's day-to-day actions REALLY say about them? What do the words MORAL FIBER mean to you? Tell us what you think...
It speaks volumes when people regularly volunteer and help keep social programs alive and well, but small gestures add up; every little bit helps.
Are you new to Chicago? Might you need or can you help carpool? As a fun community of members, transport to non-city events never ends up a problem!
I am CTA dependent.
Occasionally outside groups contact us looking for help. Is there a specific type (animals, kids, etc) of volunteering you would like us to keep you mind for in these situations?
Kids, animals and events. Preferably things in the city.

Hi, Chelsey!
Thanks for asking about presenting proof of vaccination. None of the venues we have used in the past have asked for proof of vaccination. They might at times ask the meetup participants to sign a waiver of liability clarifying that participants are using the facility "at your own risk."
We have posted a description of our rules for participation on the page entitled, "About City Iggies."
