I am a student at Northwestern University interested in community engagement.

Have you ever volunteered before? In what way? (Tutoring, Kids, Humanitarian, Cleanup, Nature, Animals) Still doing so?

Yes. I have tutored. I volunteer at North Shore Village, evanston currently as well. I have also helped prepare meals at Campus Kitchens, Northwestern.

Man is a social animal and today we live in a global community. One who doesn't care for others is not living life.

Are you new to Chicago? Might you need or can you help carpool? As a fun community of members, transport to non-city events never ends up a problem!

Yes, I am an international student from Nepal. I am familiar with the public transit system here in Chicago and I bike around a lot. However, I do not have a car and it would be helpful to get some carpool help. I live in 60201 Evanston, IL.

Occasionally outside groups contact us looking for help. Is there a specific type (animals, kids, etc) of volunteering you would like us to keep you mind for in these situations?

I am open to helping with animals, kids, etc. I am also handy with tech and computer stuff.

Saw that you're interested in social events, and thought I'd let you know about a fun coed social bowling league happening this fall!

There’s ~500 people in the league each season, it’s on Sunday afternoons in Chicago, mainly for young profs looking to hangout with their friends and meet new ones, and have beers after the games.
