Introduction
I'm looking forward to building a more complete sense of community and service while enjoying good company.
Have you ever volunteered before? In what way? (Tutoring, Kids, Humanitarian, Cleanup, Nature, Animals) Still doing so?
I teach in an impoverished community outside of Chicago and feel enriched daily by my important work ---serving the needs of children and a larger community.

Kindness and compassion are daily commitments. A good heart and a good deed are the best ingredients for a good day.
Are you new to Chicago? Might you need or can you help carpool? As a fun community of members, transport to non-city events never ends up a problem!
I straddle the IL/IN border with a commuter marriage (a home in Valparaiso and a home in Lincoln Square). We are never quite sure where the winds will take us on any given weekend, but we would be happy to help out if we can!
Occasionally outside groups contact us looking for help. Is there a specific type (animals, kids, etc) of volunteering you would like us to keep you mind for in these situations?
I'm an advocate for children and education.
