I've been GF for 6 years, and I've had 5 friends be diagnosed since.
Probably, before moving here, it was living in smaller cities with less GF offerings.
I love Woodchuck cidars. They even say GF on the label. :)
I love Maggianos, because they have a lot of pasta varieties.
When I feel 100% sure that the meal is in fact gluten-free.
