My career started in QA Engineering moved into web design and multimedia development and landed ultimately in IT Consulting and Support. At this stage I consider myself an expert mediator between IA/UX Designers and the customers that are meant to benefit from their work. I have an advantage in my work of understanding the customer in the particulate. Still, I see a lot of trends in what does and does not work for most people when it comes to choices in interface design.
I'm the owner of MacHero Inc, an Chicago-based IT consultancy that provides support and consulting services for Apple products. We work with businesses and individuals around chicago and have a repair center in Edgewater.
