Introduction
Hey guys, I'm looking to go to more shows in the city and it seems like this is the perfect group for that. I'm excited to go to more shows and meet some interesting people.
What are you listening to lately?
Confession: I love pop punk. The Lawrence Arms, the Broadways, and Alkaline Trio (circa the first 3ish albums), early Blink 182, etc. Its almost embarrassing but its really makes me happy. I like Xiu Xiu, Metronomy, Smog, the Make-Up, Weird War, Q and not U, Interpol, Talking Heads, New York Noise/No Wave type bands etc. I am working on finding and listening to new music which is a huge part of the reason I'm joining this group!
How did you find out about us?
Word of mouth, and one of my clients (I'm a hairstylist) told me she was part of a Meet Up group and liked it.
