Nice meeting you too. I had a good time at the show and looking forward to even better ones. Have a good weekend and I hope to see you at the next event.
Nice to meet you, too, Rohit. I like a lot of straight up rock, but really a whole variety of stuff... Interpol, the National, Silversun Pickups, Springsteen, some folky stuff, soulful stuff... I'm not really a music nerd, but I like to listen to almost anything live. Hope to see you at another event!
Good to meet you too. I'm a fan of most of those bands. And I'm not opposed to non-pop! I'm a big fan of Captain Beefheart and his Magic Band's Trout Mask Replica (a "challenging" listen.) See you soon.
Oh!Thank you for letting me know. May be I see you there one day.I am going to Shamballa center on Sheridan Rd.So if I don't on meditation class - than on classical music events!
Hi Rohit, it was great to meet you, too, and I'm really glad that you enjoyed the evening. Thanks for volunteering to help out, too - did you say you could be a substitute?
Thanks for the greeting and great to meet you too! Glad you had fun even with all of the confusion. See ya! :-)
Hey Rohit,
I am kind of in the same boat you are, I moved to Chicago back in December and am still adjusting to city life and get out and meet new people. How are things going since you have moved here? Where did you move from? I came here from California, so adjusting to the weather has been my biggest issue. Anyway, I saw your post, just wanted to reach out and say hi.
