In this session we’ll talk about the basics of gamification and see examples of how this powerful design trend can be applied to your projects to improve productivity, while simultaneously creating a fun and rewarding experience for your users. 

Speaker Bio 

Jeff Steffgen is the User Experience & Design Director at mLevel, a Chicago-based startup focused on game-based learning for Fortune 500 companies. He has been involved with tech companies for over 15 years, with extensive experience leading design strategies for mobile and web-based platforms in the enterprise space. His agile design methodologies use a balance of information architecture, usability research, and both interaction and visual design to create user-centered solutions that simply work.
