The 6 Principles of Persuasion


Next Wednesday there will be a power point presentation and discussion on Dr. Robert Cialdini's 6 Principles of Persuasion.  Cialdini is a renowned social psychologist that has done extensive research on the domains in which social influence is most powerful.

The following principles play on fundamental human instincts and can be exploited both intentionally and unintentionally by professional influence agents.  As marketers it can be very helpful to identify what influences your customers in making a decision.


- Introductions

-  Power Point Presentation on "6 Principles of Persuasion"

- Discussion on the "6 Principles of Persuasion"

- Brainstorm on ways to incorprate the 6 Principles of Persuasion into your: website, sales page, emails, or any other form of internet marketing.  

The meetup will take place at the Next Door Cafe in the Lakeview area.  Register in the front right when you walk in.  We will be meeting in the blue conference room in the back.   Next Door has food and coffee. Feel free to bring your laptop also.  Lastly,  if you don't have a business or aren't selling to anymore, just bring one of your business ideas.
