As we develop within our adult lives, there is a tendency to use the medium of writing solely in a profesional style and setting. This workshop will focus on introducing the use of creative writing as an effective form of expression, self-reflection,and ultimately wellbeing. Group members will particpate in the creation of poetry, prose, or short narratives along with mindfulness meditation. No previous writing experience is necessary and those unfamiliar with writing process are definitely encouraged to participate!
