The Chicago Photography Center (CPC) is proud to present Outreach at the CPC - a group show featuring students from the CPC’s Outreach Program.
Outreach at the CPC’s mission is to provide access to photographic education and tools to overlooked and under-served members of the community. Through monthly meetings, courses, photographic sessions and critiques, the students have built a visual representation of what Chicago means to them. With cameras that we provide, the students photograph their city with purpose and a distinct vision.
Invited to contribute to the show are students from photography classes at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago’s Center for Aphasia Research and Treatment and the Lincoln Park Community Shelter.
Please join us as we give recognition to our emerging photographers taught by volunteers in the Outreach program at CPC.
This event is FREE!
