The Alliance for Lupus Research (ALR) is the world's largest private funder of lupus research. To date, the ALR has committed over $55 million to the most innovative and aggressive lupus research programs in the world.

Walk with Us to Cure Lupus is the signature national grassroots fundraising program of the ALR. Designed to increase awareness of lupus and raise crucial funds for lupus research programs, by the end of 2009, ALR's Walk with Us to Cure Lupus program will have raised over $15 million.
