Shake things up on the first night of summer on Thursday, June 21 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with Bar Forza’s mixology team including head mixologist, Walter Bruessard. Guests can mingle on the patio and sip on Bar Forza’s latest cocktails using fresh herbs, seasonal fruits and cooling liquors. Take a seat at the bar and learn how to muddle, stir and pour summer concoctions such as the Ananas Tropicale made with tropical fusion of mint, agave nectar, pineapple and nolet gin; Mojito Italiano, Seven Daughters moscato and Cruzan rum; and Martini Rosso, rose essence, Bombay Sapphire, ginger liquor, simple syrup and agave nectar. Guests will also have the chance to sample Chef Mario Giuseppe Mentesana’s selection of passed Italian small bites and crispy pizzas.
