Do you want to practice your Arabic? Are you fascinated by the Arab culture and civilization? Are you of an Arabic decent?
This is a social group where we get together once a month and practice Arabic. We come together both as new learners and native speakers to share the passion of discussing Middle Eastern topics in a very relaxed environment nibbling on Arabic appetizers. Please feel free to join us whether you speak or you are just curious about how to say Salam.

This was a very interesting cultural experience. My first Iftar. The foods were delicious -- Harira soup, dates, honey, cumin, hard boiled eggs, and the two kinds of breads. I practiced my Arabic and even learned a few new words. Ramadan kareem!

Hey everyone. The truth is that I'm a white guy of eastern european descent, but ever since I've been a little kid, I've been absolutely fascinated with arab culture, the middle east and northern africa. Currently, I'm studying Spanish, but when I'm done with that, I want to start studying arabic. I hope to make it to your meetings. And hopefully, I will someday be able to practice arabic. I am dying to start learning it.
