ANNOUCEMENT- MEMBERSHIP POLICIES & WELCOME!

Hey Folks,
First, welcome to the many new members! In just a bit over a year of our first Bucket List event, over 1,200 members have joined us! We have many fun events on our Bucket List Adventure Calendar and are adding more almost weekly!
We've noticed that a few members RSVP yes but then add a "maybe" comment. Simply put, our group does not allow "maybe" RSVPs. Most of our events are not your typical hiking or happy hour type events, so they take more planning and effort on the host's part as well as have a max RSVP cap. Maybe's take up a spot and rarely every show up.So only RSVP yes, if you can definitely attend and if your plans change, make sure to update your RSVP, since we do have a No Show policy.
We are looking for event organizers! Want to host an event!? Drop me an e-mail with the details and we'll discuss getting it up on the calendar!
We've been hosting Meetup events for other groups for over five years, and have seen most groups close down. Why? Because it takes a village. No. Really, it does! It takes both members and organizers to work together to create fun times for all. So please take a moment and become aware of our membership requirements & policies. Thanks!
