Grave Encounters 2!  Sign up at http://gathr.us/screening/528 and get your seat reserved.  We need 40 people to make this happen, so tell your friends!

Zero Point Quantum Paranormal is not doing this as a fundraiser, we are just doing it to share the kind of stuff we like.  (Didn't you get the memo?  We aren't like other paranormal groups!) For this, it is paranormal based horror films.

Tickets are $10 per seat and available via the gathr.us website.  You will not be charged until at least 40 people have signed up for the event by the 19th.  If there aren't enough people, then the event will be cancelled.

The first movie is available on netflix.  If you haven't seen it, it is one of the better "lost footage" paranormal movies out there.  It totally makes fun of the 'Ghost Adventures' format and turns into an acid trip later in the movie.  But don't take my word for it.  See it yourself and them come see the sequel in what could be the only showing of this movie in the Chicago area's theaters!

I would also suggest checking out gathr.us for other independent horror films that normally wouldn't be shown in theaters, because this is an opportunity to support the independent films and their makers. The idea of gathr.us is a combination of netflix meets kickstarter. It gives the power of bringing movies into the theaters to us, the fans of movies themselves. I figure if anyone can get it to happen, it would be the people of the Chicago area.

We are basically asking for a theater to give us a special screening just to see the film on the big screen instead of a TV.

They just have a minimum number of required people that need to sign up a week before the actual date, so they can properly reserve the theater.

Eh, it's probably not a good idea for me to do anyway. I'm somewhat new to the area and don't know a lot of people yet. Just take not that I would be going if I didn't have to work

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
