Cash flow is a common issue that entrepreneurs face -- and a critical one. Too many good companies fail because they can't control their cash flow and wind up simply running out of cash. In this one-hour session, Jay Menton, CFO for Early Growth Financial Services, will provide practical tips for better cash flow management. From financial projections to monitoring (and reducing) your cash burn and outsourcing non-core functions, Jay will address ways to stay on top of your finances in the ever-changing startup environment.
Jay Menton is the initial Chief Financial Officer for Early Growth Financial Services office in Chicago. Additionally, he is a Managing Principal with JAMCAP LLC, a corporate development advisory focused on growth opportunities with emerging and operating businesses.
