I am. Before the pivot that lead to my current company, Full Stack Marketing, I was trying to build a digital marketing certification company. I did heavy customer development with my MVP (a 3 hour class I taught to train marketers). I had a bunch of trouble finding my market. I did eventually find a customer, but they wanted me to have everything built right away. This trouble with product/market fit led me to pivot. But the lean startup technique helped me to not build what I think could have been a bad business.
I want to learn more about the phase from when you find a repeatable business model to when you scale. There's a large transition that takes place in the startup at this time and I want to learn more about how to navigate that transition well.
