Are you currently practicing Lean Startup techniques (e.g. Customer Development)?
I talked to about a dozen potential customers and they said their biggest problem was having to call dozens of people a day to try to get a potential job candidate. Having to ask "do you know anyone who might be interested in this position?" and getting nothing is painful, they want to get rid of these kind of dead-end calls.
What specific topics related to the Lean Startup are you interested in?
Launching, learning from early customers and dealing with early feedback.
