Meditation Center of Chicago holds weekly meet ups that teaches the art of Dhammakaya meditation. By bringing your mind to the center of your body, your mind will come to a stand still and peace will become apparent to you. Each of our classes are taught by an experienced meditation practitioner whose utmost interest is providing you with the guidance to correctly experience meditation. Our classes are designed to provide a relaxed environment most conducive to appropriately learning how to meditate, with light physical routines aimed to loosen tension and dhamma talk to further understand meditation.
