Free FIT4MOM Stroller Strides Class & Playdate at Kids & Company in West Loop

Live or work in the West Loop and looking to connect with other moms and workout with your baby? Join FIT4MOM for a free indoor Stroller Strides class on January 14, 2014 as they open a new FIT4MOM class location at Kids & Company located in the West Loop. Kids & Company is centrally located in the West Loop at 1313 W Randolph providing a nurturing and education early learning environment for children to play, discover, and grow. Stay after class to connect with other moms and for a free playgroup at the learning center. All class attendees will receive one free week from Kids & Company and enter into a raffle for one free month of classes offered by FIT4MOM Chicago Loop.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program taught by certified fitness instructors that moms can do with their babies. It includes cardiovascular exercises and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. Stroller Strides classes will be offered at Kids & Company every Tuesday morning at 9:30am. Drop-off childcare will be available at a rate of $10 for class attendees. Parking is available in the parking lot behind Kids & Company. Please bring a towel or mat for ground exercises and the essentials to ensure you and your baby are happy!

    Hi Moms, Thanks for your RSVP to Tuesday's Stroller Strides Class. If you have not already, please register at http://chicagoloop.fit4mom.com/classes-events to reduce time with filling out paperwork before class. If you choose to complete the paperwork before class, please come 15 minutes early.

    Also, just a reminder, there is free parking available in the lot behind Kids & Company and you may bring your little ones with you to class. Bring water, a towel for ground exercises, and all the essentials to ensure you and your little ones are comfortable. We'll have lots of prizes and giveaways!       Hi Julie, she can attend the class. My son is 2 yrs old also. You can either have him stay in class with you or you can leave him with the teachers at Kids & Company for the hour you are working out. They are charging $10 / hr for childcare.
