Monthly gatherings explore the magic of myth with fellow enthusiasts. The Chicago RoundTable of the Joseph Campbell Foundation is a place to be spiritually nourished with world myths, and modern retellings.

Journey with fellow travelers to discuss myth and explore what it means for our personal paths. How does the story change when we live it for ourselves, embody the stories, and take a piece of the myth inside of us? What initiations and rituals are contained within the stories? What does a myth mean for your own Hero’s Journey of personal growth? Will you find yourself transformed?

Mythic arts tools will include dreamwork, depth psychology, storytelling, and the arts of writing, art-making, and music to take us deeper into the language of myth. Events may also include museum visits, concerts, and movie screenings.
