What are you currently tracking? (if nothing, that's ok!)

Would you be interested in giving a short Show & Tell talk about a self-tracking project you've done? If so, tell us a bit about the project.

What's the craziest thing you wish you could track?

What interests you most with QS and the surrounding ideas/technology?

I am trying to expand our ability to measure human activity in research with sensor devices. I hope to communicate with the QS meetup community about how we can best incorporate personal tracking technology into research. I am specifically interested in how we can make devices as unobtrusive and user-friendly as possible for efficient use with older people.

Introduction

I am an epidemiologist (public health researcher) at the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center. My research focuses on how physical, social, and mentally stimulating activities may lower the risk for dementia and disability. And I'm a bit of a tech geek.
