Introduction
I am new to OOP languages like Ruby, but I have been analyzing and researching Ruby. My background in Perl, and Ruby is a dream to work with from what little I have done. I still love perl, but Ruby has stolen my heart.

It is a nice group. I am looking forward to more meeting and more technical-based presentations that I told typify their usual meetings. I had a great time meeting everyone at yesterdays meeting @ Thoughtworks. I was pleasantly surprised at the diversity and breadth of experience of this group. I wanted to thank Thoughtworks for hosting this event, Lightbank for the interesting presentation, and the Chicago Ruby organizers for putting it all together. I look forward to the next meeting.
