There was a huge waiting list yesterday. Now there are five spots open, but rsvps are closed. May I still come?

Oh well, I guess we are not one of the 65. Oh well. Was looking forward to it...

  • Kimberly

Regarding message from Michael - the "top 65" should be started at the bottom since the first to RSVP are at the bottom of the list not at the top. 21 people were moved from the waiting list when the number was changed to 85 but never moved back to the waiting list.

I think it was just the RSVP deadline that was 3pm, not the event itself.

    May 19, 2011

  • Vadim

Claire - The RSVP deadline is May 22, 2011 at 3:00 PM. You need to update your RSVP before it (hopefully as much before as possible so other people might be able to come).
Stacey and Jamie - No need to update your RSVPs if you see yourselves on the event RSVP list and still plan to come. If something changes than please update your RSVP to allow other people to take your spots.

I'm interested in attending still, yes. I know I was one of the people on the waiting list that just got added, though. So, please let me know either way........

Welcome, Janeen, for your first meetup! For this specific meetup you simply pay at the restaurant.

    May 16, 2011

  • Janeen C.

This is my first meetup. Do I pre-pay or pay at the event?

    May 15, 2011

  • Vadim

Please be responsible with your RSVP and change it in advance if you can not come. Three strikes policy (http://www.chicagoveg.org/pages/Three_Strikes_Policy/) in the effect. Everyone on RSVP list you will be either checked in or marked as "no show".
