Hi. I have been raw since June 2009 and working on certification as a raw chef. I am a licensed doctor of Naprapathy practicing in Palatine, where I also sponsor a meet up group. Interested in more activities around raw and vegan food menus.

I enjoy organic gardening.... planning and landscaping and watching the plants grow and thrive. I also crochette, play guitar and sing Jazz. I love family get togethers, and bonfires!
The Diana Gabaldan Series, known as Outlander. Great historical novels with fantasy and medicine and Gaelic!
I would use that money to complete my Residential Treatment Center, the Guest House, and Green Youth Project at Spring Creek Farm and Holistic Center, my own organic sustainable farm and soon to be residence.

Suturday meetups work for me. Meetups during winter are challenging to attend becuase that is when I am busiest working.
Sorry I won't be able to attend the get together November 19th- didn't realize it was the week of Thanksgiving. Please remove my name from the list. Also I don't know what I am bringing to the potluck. One recipe needed Irish Moss but couldn't fine it so back to hunting for a Thanksgiving dish in my raw foods book. Thank you for the welcome. I just started juicing and trying to do a lot of raw veggies because that's what i started to do for my dad cause of his illness and so from doing it for him i joined in and now i want to take a step further.
