I'm an optimistic health nut that whose favorite food is cantaloupe! I try to inspire people to eat healthier through trying delicious veggie meals and seeing for themselves.
Reading a good non-fiction book
Without hesitation- Most Good, Least Harm by Zoe Weil.
I would put most of it in savings for the future and my children, pay off my family's debts, invest in sustainable companies, and donate to good causes in order to build big things like a new sanctuary area or community garden.
