ATTENTION all Chicago veggies!

Baba’s Village Indian-Pakistani Restaurant (downtown Chicago) has just greatly expanded its vegan menu:

1. Six new dishes with vegan chicken and/or beef substitute (featuring Match Meats® brand). Examples: Ginger “Chicken” (cooked with fresh ginger, garlic, spices and herbs in onion based gravy), Baba’s Special (vegan “chicken” and “beef” cooked with veggies, ginger, garlic and spices).

2. Dairy-free soymilk shakes (strawberry, apple, blueberry, banana, almond-pistachio). Yummy!

Match is a high-protein premium meat alternative made of vegetable/soy protein. It looks, tastes and prepares like meat but unlike meat, it is free of cholesterol, saturated fats, hormones, antibiotics and animal cruelty.

The new menu will be available in the week of July 27. Baba’s Village is now the only downtown restaurant serving this style of vegan food!!!! Make sure to come try the new dishes, and support this restaurant for the wonderful commitment to the vegan community. Baba’s Village is located at 310 South Canal Street in Chicago loop, just one block west of Sears Tower. It’s open Mon-Thu 10am – 9pm, Fri 10am – 10pm.
