Meditation Guidance with VortexHealing®

What Happens When We Stop Trying to Control Our Experience?

You are invited to join Allen for a session of guided meditation combined with VortexHealing energy healing. Meditation is often approached as an attempt to get to some state other than the one you are in. In this meditation, we will not attempt, or try, to get anywhere other than the reality of our being and of what is, and allow that awareness to deepen naturally. The intention of guidance will be to help you ground into your body and relax into awareness.

VortexHealing may be used to help you deepen your awareness during the meditation, but otherwise will be given after the meditation period, with the intention to open and expand the heart.

There is no charge for this session, though you are welcome to make a donation if you choose.

Is anyone driving to this or subsequent sessions? I'd love to join but am not comfortable taking public transportation to an unfamiliar neighborhood at night. I'm near Clark and Fullerton but could meet up nearby. Ann cell[masked], [masked]. Blessings!
