Tai-Chi is a practice that cultivates balance and harmony which are both essential for our well being regardless if it's internally (health & longevity) or externally (sustainability & eco-living).

This group is free and not anticipated as a formal learning Tai-Chi class but a meetup for people who already practice Tai-Chi and would like to meet other people to share their experiences and practice together. However, any beginners who want to learn Tai-Chi are welcome to join us and follow along during our practices. In fact we have many people who had never done Tai-Chi before and joined us for an opportunity to have support in getting started.
