Our main focus is to cultivate Health, Compassion and Wisdom through the methods of ChiGong, Meditation, TaiJi and other breathing and energy techniques. Sessions are held on a regular basis followed by discussions of Meditation Responses, Methods and how to apply what is learned to daily life. We welcome all who would like to learn or exchange meditation methods and discussions. Our focus is kindness and compassion, but our discussions need not include dogma or religion.
Our Cultivators seek to amplify compassion and wisdom within themselves and to carry it in to daily life through their own practice. Students start out by learning basic principles of how to approach life. They are given tools to change their lives and to learn how to utilize these tools to help others. The tools are applied for purposes of purification, healing, wealth, respect and removal of obstacles. Selfless practice is applied to the challenges of real life where the cultivator will be tested. Accomplishment is achieved by transcending the self to benefit all sentient beings without bias. Internal methods of breathing and energy cultivation is practiced at the Intermediate levels.
Classes and instruction are structured from Beginning ChiGong to Intermediate level meditation. Beginning Chigong will focus on developing ones Chi energy and learning to cultivate it. Intermediate level instruction includes techniques and theories essential for the successful manipulation of energy for various purposes. Advanced stage is earned by the individual and includes true yoga correspondance with the individuals chosen guides or deities. Advanced level discussion will be held on an individual basis or small group discussions.
