I own one short hair, deer head, tan chihuahua named Baby. We now have a 10 month old, apple head chi named Buttons or Butt Butt as we tend to call her. She came to us by way of a local rescue group and we found her on petfinder.com. Since we have met so many new chi's through this group over the past two years (updated[masked]) we have adopted two more, a black chi mix named Monkey and a little white and tan girl named Fifi. Four is our limit and there is no more room in the bed.
To meet other Chi's and their owners. To form lasting bonds for the benefit of our pets. Have fun and help others and to learn from others.
I always take my dogs to the dogparks. They love running in open fields and wrestling with each other. They know that it is wide open play and fun time when they are let loose at the park. They need to meet other dogs and keep social.
I wanted to start this group as my dogs really love the play time they have with others. They are in need of working off energy and make better house pets when they get the exercise they should have. I also enjoy talking and sharing with others.
The question is why not. When you see how excited the dogs get when they play with one another who does not love that? Great people from all over join up and find so much in common and normally would never cross each other's paths. If you love your dog and want to have safe and fun playtime, then joining is a must. Try it, you might just like it.
