Walk length 10 miles/16 km approx. Circular.

A picturesque walk encompassing the Chiltern villages of Lane End, Frieth, Fingest, Cadmore End and Wheeler End.

The countryside around all this area is very picturesque, with a mixture of woods, fields and scenic views.

Lunch and Finish

Please bring a packed lunch and water for the walk. The walk will finish at about 5.00pm and include a snack lunch stop, however the time may be earlier or later than this depending on the weather and pace (we have a relaxed pace which includes sightseeing and photography).

Meeting: Meet at Lane End Village Hall from 10.45am for the walk to start at 11:00am.

Car: Lane End Parish Council car park, Lane End, HP14 3ER (opposite Lane End Village Hall, see photo and map below).

There is no public transport for this walk, I would encourage you to seek other members who are driving.

Leon, thanks for all your organisation and leadership, the route was great. Everyone was very friendly and I had a good time and look forward to another Saturday event (I am rarely available Sundays).
