Re: [Chiltern-Explorers] New Walks! Hi Michael

I live in Tring and know the car park is huge and no, it won’t be full.  Charge is £4 I think; you can pay by card or coin (no notes).  Not wise to park in surrounding area as traffic wardens are unbelievably tight and very quick with tickets.  Just thought you guys should know so it doesn’t spoil anyones day. Have a lovely walk.

Hi ColinWith the whole parking at the station thing, do you know if it tends to get crowded on a Sunday?  Should I run stupidly early or is it manageable. Google street view isn't too revealing about how large the parking lot isCheers. Mike

Dear Chiltern/London Explorers.

You are probably aware I have two groups running; Chiltern Explorers and London Explorers. Both now have a number of fascinating walks coming up in the next few months, which are always pre-walked.

The group is getting stronger and I am looking forward to seeing many of you this Sunday for the 'Hill with a view Walk.' We have a waiting list for this walk, and as always please update your RSVP for this event and others if you feel you can't make it so someone else has the chance to come on the walk.

Please let me know also on the day if you have an emergency or really can't make it, and I know most of you are very good for this, which I appreciate.

Colin
