Chiltern Running Buddies = A group for anyone who'd like to join in some non-competitive, non-scary running in some nice surroundings. We'll run on alternate Sunday mornings in various off-road locations and then go for a lovely hot drink afterwards! Any ability welcome and don't worry - no one will be left behind! Depending on the type of run you will either be able to work at your own pace or run with someone of a similar ability. See details of the runs for more info about distances involved etc. We're a group who run for pleasure, feelgood factor and the love of it. I'm a qualified fitness instructor and so I'll offer a warm-up and stretch before and after each run for those who wish to join in.
Rebel Bootcamp =
We meet at Christchurch car park Chorleywood Common at 8am every Saturday morning for a boot camp style workout; running,drills, boxing, body weight exercises etc. A great workout and suitable for any ability. Good fun and a friendly and welcoming bunch of regulars. All welcome - contact through page or just turn up. Free of charge - this is run by members of the group, not fitness professionals - you participate at your own risk! :)
