*Let's try a new time and see if this works out for those who can't do Friday evenings! :) Kat's not available on Nov. 8, but we'll be back on Friday come Nov. 15. Then Kat's gone again till Nov. 22. If the Tuesday turnout is good we may do another Tuesday again. Still need more venue suggestions (a cafe that's "relatively" centrally located, affordable, and quiet - I know, but relatively! :D)
What are the "learning" questions? They are the ones that can be useful specifically for learning a new language. From "can you repeat that, please?" to "did I say it right?", we need to ask the right questions.
We'll also go over the basic form of a good question as well as possible ways to answer. They will make your learning so much easier!
Kat has particular methods of teaching and learning Chinese based on decades (! :D) of teaching. Though we may have different levels coming in, everyone should be able to get something out of the Workshop. And it's all free!
We're still trying out venues and different times for meeting. Any suggestions are welcome.
*Chinese Workshop lessons are conducted in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Each hour is a stand-alone lesson. All levels are welcome. If you are a native speaker of Chinese, this Meetup may not be for you, as the lesson is intended (and the talk time reserved) for learners of Chinese. Thanks for your understanding. :)
*Kat's only visiting Paris, so do catch us before Chinese Workshop leaves town again and back on Skype.
