Meetup for Conversations: Chinese, Chinatown DC, Asian, Multi-Cultural Networking in Downtown DC! We welcome everybody interested in connecting with friends, old and new, in Chinatown and Downtown DC!
There will be a round of self-introductions by participants followed by general networking and lunch from 12:30pm to 2pm.
From 2pm to 3pm, for those who wish to stay, conversations could continue at different tables. Topics are spontaneously determined by the participants who attend. Topics include the future of Wash. DC's Chinatown, DC-Beijing Friendship Archway project possibilities, social entrepreneurship, singles, personal, economic and community development, question/answers for new organizers, and other topics spontaneously suggested and agreed to by the participants at various conversation tables.
Burma Restaurant is one block from Gallery Place/Chinatown DC, red, green, yellow lines; follow signs for Chinatown exit.
Free parking on street, and paid parking garage entrance at same location next to 740 6th St. NW, DC, on the left side.
Feel free to bring friends. Admission, networking and water are free. Self-pay for food or drink if you order. Burma Restaurant has good food at reasonable prices.
