You are invited to join Chinese Americans for One City! Join members of the Friendship Archway Alliance to bridge cultural, digital and other divides and strengthen harmony and unity in Washington D.C.

Once a month connect with friends, old and new, at this free community event in Chinatown, Downtown Washington D.C.! Meet Chinese, Asian, Pacific Islanders, multi-cultural and people of all backgrounds interested in cultural and educational exchanges and conversations for friendship to promote better understanding and harmony between the peoples of both China and U.S. Meet people of all backgrounds interested in China, Chinatown, Chinese Americans, personal, economic, spiritual, community development and building ONE CITY!
WHERE:
At the Burma Restaurant, 740 6th St. NW, 2nd floor, DC, from 12:30PM to 2:30PM. Location is one block from Gallery Place Chinatown Metro station, red, yellow and green lines. Take Chinatown exit, 7 and H Streets NW, DC 20001.
WHEN:
3rd Sunday of each month in 2012. Celebrate and help to implement the new DC Chinatown Cultural Development Action Plan.
Please join us for discussions on articulating a Friendship Archway Culture and share your ideas related to wide-ranging topics for cooperation including activities in Chinatown D.C., Beijing-D.C. relations, participation in collaborative efforts, skills-based volunteering, training, Chinese American new business opportunities etc.

COST:
Admission and the networking are free. Event is open to the public. You pay only for food or drink if you order. (We do not receive any commission from the restaurant. To support the nonprofit organization, please donate $1. to the community service fund if you wish. Bring a few extra dollars for 50/50 games.)
