Hi Pam, it is a way for us to know the physical level of those who sign up for rides. If you see a ride listed at B level only this would mean that the ride would be for strong riders who can keep a high pace 18-20 mph or are strong enough for a greater difficulty type of ride. That being said we welcome all levels and will gear our rides to the level of the weakest rider and will not leave anyone behind. During the winter months we are in a heart rate training mode which is a slower pace increasing distance each week, the description of the club has some more details on the levels but this is only used as a guide our main goal is fellowship and to glorify God. Hope to ride with you sometime.

Hi Walt, what does B & C option mean? How far do you bike on Saturdays? I bike with another group on Saturday mornings, and I think you've passed us a time or two. I'm tempted to join you, but don't know if I could keep up.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
