Our speaker, Dr. Lynn List has over sixteen years of experience in speaking, teaching, personal coaching and leadership. Her background includes social psychology and education and she holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She uses a structured experience method of training. Her travels include Europe, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and Africa. She is a published author and has conducted research in the area of the self-fulfilling prophecy.

She is a master facilitator trained at the Facilitation Skills seminar by Jack Canfield. Her areas of expertise include risk taking, visualization and the power of expectation. Dr. List has discovered her own heart’s desire which is contained in her missions statement: “My mission is to encourage and inspire people to grow everyday to become the best they can be by discovering and following their God-given heart's desire.”
