Tell us about your walking experience. Are you new to walking for fitness? How often do you (or would you like to) walk?

I would say I'm a beginner. I've been on walks before, but never had a consistent routine. I would like to walk at least three times a week.

Do you prefer to walk with just a few people or with a group of people?

I don't have a preference, as long as we all have a positive attitude!

Do you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening walks?

I prefer afternoon or evening walks, but with my work schedule morning and afternoon walks would be best.
