No, but very much want to learn!!!
No, family lived there. I very much want to visit. Family members are still living in Naples.
Yes, very much
I need to be with people of like mind. Italians are talkers (loud and fun), passionate, family oriented, thrive in social groups, and very loving people. I miss having this culture as the center of my life. My father was a very influential man in south Florida. He died young. I miss the food, laughter, and passion that is very much who I am as well. My grandparents immigrated to Boston through Ellis island. My grandmother worked the garment district. My grandfather was a cobbler. My parents were in their late 30's when I was born. Needless to say, my family have all passed. There were 8 children. My brothers and sisters spread out all over the US. Any Savasta in the US are all related. There are not many of us. I am looking to bring the culture alive again.
My maiden name is Savasta, from New England (Mass.) my family died when I was 19, I miss the culture dearly. I married a German, differences in child rearing and family dinners really convinced us that we were wrong, in many ways, for each other.
