The Seven “C’s” of Success
Principles and Practices of Entrepreneurial Self-Leadership

Becoming a successful entrepreneur is all about making a difference in the lives of your clients and customers. To become a “master” yourself, you need to understand and apply the core principles and practices of self-leadership. This hands-on presentation outlines those core strategies that you can then apply to your own business. You’ll learn that success as an entrepreneur is not about flash, sales tricks, or simply having a great product or new idea. It is about leadership, understanding the needs of your prospective clients, and communicating your solutions with clarity. In this presentation, you’ll be introduced to the seven “C’s” of successful entrepreneurial self-leadership:

• Courage – Developing your vision and what you stand for
• Conviction – Statement of your purpose
• Commitment – The business model to establish, operate, and grow your business
• Competence – Skillpower and self-development strategies
• Confidence – making a difference
• Contact- Essentials of marketing
• Communication – Creating your personal and business brand

Thomas will demonstrate how these principles and practices can apply to your business. You will leave the presentation with ideas you can use and you will be inspired and motivated to take your marketing and your business to a whole new level.

First of all, it was a pleasure to meet all that was at the meeting. Vicky did a great job of having found Thomas as the guest speaker. He had a lot of great points to share with people in order to make that first step to starting your own business. Aline and I look forward to being part of this groups meetings in the future. Great job Vicky! LJ
    •  I have to say Tom did a great job, he used stories very well, things he learn about individuals, he was very personal and interactive, and he gave us all the book Success with Soul, which I can't wait to dig into. If you weren't there you miss a great meeting and speaker, so be sure to make it next time.
