How would you describe your taste in and experience with bad movies?

Well, in my free time, I really enjoy watching episodes of MST3K and movies with Rifftrax commentary. I hadn't met many Austinites who share my love, but I know you exist. And boom! Here we are, together on this wonderful and weird journey.

What is the most terrible movie you have ever seen, and why?

This is tough. I'll have to go with the Animated Titanic. That movie had me cursing all night. I had to take a couple aspirin and I think I cried a little. Do not watch that movie. My favorite MST3K episode is Pumaman ("He flies like a moron!"), and my favorite Rifftrax would be Birdemic: Shock and Terror (A movie mostly about parking and stock options). FYI: I have seen the entire Twilight saga, which may be the best terrible movie series of the modern era. As far as VHS found footage, you really can't go wrong with Cat Massage. Just be careful -- a whisker-watchers alert is now in effect!

Hey there! My name is Kedar. I'm an engineer at Intel, and I like to watch really bad movies. I've seen countless riffs and flops, to the consternation of those I've invited to watch with me. And that's why I started this meetup!
