This group focuses on effectively connecting our education system with the needs of our business community so that our students graduate with the skills employers need. We are about stemming the "Brain Drain" in our corner of the world.

We invite community participation of people of all ages.  Everyone has a voice.  We believe that by examining multiple views we get a better perspective of the needs of educational institutions and systems, organizations, businesses and employees or entrepreneurs.  We examine the needs of students of all ages and those training for new careers (including veterans returning to civilian life).  We work with other groups in the spirit of collaboration.  Collaboration avoids duplication of effort and affords better management of costs.

Vision: Improve skills needed by individuals in order to meet the knowledge and competency requirements of the Digital Age.

Mission: To make education more meaningful and relevant to the real world needs via collaboration and communication in order to bridge the skills gap and stem the brain drain.
